Exemplary service. I drive an unusual car (1993 Volvo 240 estate) and Yeovil Motor Company are one of only a handful of garages who are willing to work on it. They carried out torque arm bushing replacements for me, all done quickly and expertly with zero issues whatsoever, as you would expect from a main dealer. Very competitive pricing, rapid and efficient diagnostics and superb workmanship.

How they did get this good reviews?! Based on this reviews I decided to book my service and few other things needed to be done on my S60 with them even they are 40 miles away and I have two other dealers 10 miles from me. I give them a call to get a price, the lady who answered to the phone told me that all service team is busy and to leave with her the contact details and they will call me back. Nobody contacted me. Next day call them again, same lady apologised and said in that day for sure they will call me. Again nothing.
Maybe they don't need my money. So customer service 0.

Generally I'm not one for writing reviews, but I felt the service I received at Yeovil Motor Company Volvo parts department was excellent. Martyn Cousins was very helpful, by emailing me a diagram detailing the parts I required, and they arrived the next morning. My thanks also go to Chris for getting some parts for me back in June. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
